Today I bring to you my first recipe of this platform. It is about some Besitos de Coco which are very popular in my country ❤️, I hope you like my step by step.



Ingredients

  1. 250gm of grated papelón
  2. 1 cup of grated coconut
  3. 250gm of leavening wheat flour
  4. 80ml water
  5. 1/4 teaspoon salt




Preparation



  • Step 1: Step 1: In a bold add the water and the grated Papelón and mix well.



  • Step 2: add the salt and grated coconut and mix (salt is optional, I like to use it to make all the flavors).




  • Step 3: add the wheat flour and mix with the help of a wooden paddle until you have a thick mixture similar to cookies.




  • Step 4: Finally in a baking tray previously greased and floured place the mixture, in my case I like to think the portions so that all the kisses have the same size, these weigh 80gm.



  • Step 5: Bake at 180 ° for 15 minutes or until golden brown underneath our kisses, then let cool, unmold and we are ready to eat 😍.


This recipe is very tasty, ideal for a snack, in my case I tasted it with coffee, they are very fluffy and its texture is also very soft.
