Las cachapas son un delicioso plato tradicional de la gastronomía de Venezuela, que se prepara con una pasta a base de maíz amarillo o blanco.

Esta es la época donde se comienza la cosecha del Maíz, y la tradición de la familia es hacer cachapa desde pelar el maíz, picar y volverlo un masa para elaborar las cachapas. Lo divertido es el compartir en familia o con amigos y disfrutar de una deliciosa cachapas casera.


Como vamos a hacer las cachapas, en este caso, nuestro ingrediente principal serán maíz.

Ingredientes:

1 Saco de Maíz

1 kl de azúcar

Sal al gusto.


Instrumentos:

Molino manual

Molde

Plancha o budare

Cuchillo 

Procesó:

Se inicia con el pelado de la mazorca o el jojoto del Maíz.


Una vez el jojoto pelado se va colocando en una bandeja.


Se inicia a picar en un molde.




Luego es llevado al molino, para trituralo y quede fácil para la masa



Una vez ya molido se inicia a mezclar la azucar y colocar el toque de sal. Se precalienta el budare, una vez caliente se coloca la mezcla en el, se deja cocinar de un lado.


Se voltea, se deja cocinar y se retira del budare.



Lista para comer. Le puede colocar mantequilla y queso de tu mejor preferencia, la acompañas con una bebida refrescante o una taza de café

Process:

It begins to chop in a mold.

Then it is taken to the mill, to crush it and make it easy for the dough

Once ground, begin to mix the sugar and add a touch of salt.

The budare is preheated, once hot the mixture is placed in it, it is left to cook on one side.

Turn it over, let it cook and remove it from the budare.

Ready to eat. You can put butter and cheese of your best preference, accompany it with a refreshing drink or a cup of coffee
