There has been a lot of discussion and criticism since the national women's football team could not go on tour to Myanmar. Bangladesh is expecting to win against these two teams. Coach Golam Rabbani said in a press conference held at Bangladesh Football Federation (BAFFE) on Sunday, "We want to qualify in this tournament. Has experience of playing in U-20 tournament with Turkmenistan but not at U-17 level.
Although Singapore is the host, we are hopeful of winning. Bangladesh will play in Group D of the AFC U-17 Qualifiers. One of the three teams in this group will play in the next round. The Bangladesh team will leave the country for Singapore on April 23.
