El Jengibre es conocido en el mundo científico como Zingiber, en el mercado se vende mucho esta planta porque tiene fama de tener muchas propiedades medicinales.
En mi casa siempre tenemos jengibre, lo usamos más que todo para hacer infusión y así prevenir la gripe y los resfriados.
Durante la pandemia cada quien tenía un pedazo de su raíz para tenerla en su bolsillo, en cualquier momento de picazón en la garganta simplemente se muerde un pedacito y se elimina la picazón.
