Hilsa fish recipe with potatoes, brinjal and potal

Today I appeared again with a new post. It is hilsa fish broth with potato, eggplant and patal. Hilsa fish is always fried. I cook very little with vegetables. I cooked this recipe long ago. Mom came home. Ammai said that it can be cooked like this. I don't understand that any vegetables would be good to eat with any fish. Potatoes are always cooked with eggplant. Never cooked with potal like this. Amma said that it is very good to eat when we cook together. So I cooked it like this. It was really fun to eat. And hilsa fish is a fish that is good to eat no matter how it is cooked. Hope you like my recipe today.

onion
Onion batter
Turmeric powder
Coriander powder
Chilli powder
Cumin powder
salt
coriander leaves
Mustard oil

First I put a frypan in the oven and put oil in it. When the oil is hot, add chopped onion. Fry the chopped onion a little and add spices to the batter.

Grate the batter a little and add powdered spices. After grinding everything well again, I mixed the vegetables with the spices.

Now I will grind the vegetables with a little water. Then mix everything together with the fish।
