So I tried to make a fun recipe to participate in this awesome contest. I'm not very good at making recipes though. Still tried to do something new with small efforts. Many recipes can be made with chicken. And there are very few people who do not like to eat chicken. As much as I love to make fun recipes with chicken, I also love to present it to everyone. So today I will share a fun recipe with you. And I named this recipe Chicken Jhal Kadam. I hope you will like my recipe.
Chicken Jhal Kadam Recipe:

Chicken 200 grams
Rice 200 grams
Chopped onion 2 tsp
Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
Ginger paste 1/2 tsp
Masala Bata 1/2 tsp
1 spoon of chili paste
Chilli powder in quantity
Amount of food coloring
Salt in moderation
Soybean oil in quantity




To prepare Chicken Jhal Kadam recipe, first clean the chicken well. Then I took the boneless chicken portion. Now cut the chicken into small pieces.

This time I tried to paste these chickens. I nicely paste the chicken patties.

When the chickens are well battered, take them in a plate. This time, one of the ingredients of this recipe, I have soaked rice in water.

Now add ginger paste, garlic paste, green chilli paste, garam masala paste, salt and oil according to the quantity. Then I added pepper powder. I tried to mix it nicely. I stirred and mixed for quite some time.

Now slowly coat all the chicken balls and put them in the plate. Then I used a light amount of food colouring. So that kadam flower color and looks good. Here I have tried using light orange color and yellow food colouring.

Now take a perforated bowl to make chicken jhal kadam. Then I brushed the oil. After the oil is brushed, now put the chicken balls in it.

I had already heated water in a pan. So that the water heats up well and steam is generated. Now I put the bowl nicely on the steam of hot water to steam the chickens.

In this way, I tried to cook the chicken well for some time. After keeping it like this for a while, the rice is cooked and looks like kadam flower. This is how I steamed these chickens for a long time. So that it is cooked well. Now when the chicken jhal kadam is cooked well, I took it down.
