So, on this very sunny Friday, I will share a recipe that is quite easy for you to make at home with cheap spices and ingredients. Seblak is a very popular snack in Indonesia, there are many types of seblak with different mixes. This time I will make seblak with a mixture of meatballs and sausage, mixed with fresh mustard greens, adding to the deliciousness of the seblak. Interested by the recipe? Now the ingredients you need to make the sausage and meatballs are 2 eggs, shallots, garlic, coriander, chives, cayenne pepper, pepper, salt, granulated sugar, sevlak crackers, relish, meatballs, sausage and lastly mustard greens. After you have prepared all the ingredients, now let's go to the first step.

The first step you need to do is first soak the seablock crackers, usually people buy these crackers in the supermarket. If you don't know about these crackers, you can buy orange crackers and the like. Soak overnight or at least 5 hours.

In the second stage, while soaking the seablock crackers for 5 hours, now we prepare the seablock seasoning. First, peel and clean the shallots and garlic, then cut into small pieces as shown in the picture above. Next, cut the meatballs, sausage and red pepper into small pieces as well. You can also use chicken or shrimp claws for the seblak mixture.

Step Three, After you peel and clean the shallots and garlic, now prepare the blender and add all the red pepper, bird's eye chili, shallots, garlic, chives and coriander. Then blend all the spices until smooth.

Step 4: To make the sablak taste more delicious, I added mustard greens to complement the sablak. First, clean the mustard greens and cut them as shown in the picture above.

Fifth stage, after you have prepared everything, now prepare the pot and pour all the mashed spices using a blender. Cook on low heat until the sablak seasoning dries up and smells good for a few minutes.

Sixth stage, after sablok seasoning is dry and fragrant, now add enough water to the pot. Then stir again until well mixed and fragrant. Apply seablock seasoning using low heat to cook.

Seventh stage, when you feel that the sablak seasoning is fragrant and boiling enough, now add other spices such as relish, half a teaspoon of salt and sugar to taste. Then stir again until all the spices are evenly mixed with the sevlak sauce.

Step Eight After stirring the sauce until the spices are well mixed, now prepare 2 eggs and beat the egg yolks first until they are evenly distributed, then pour into the ceblak saucepan. Then stir again until the eggs are well mixed with the sevlak sauce.

Step nine, after the eggs are well mixed, now pour all the crackers that you soaked for 5 hours, then pour all the sausages and meatballs cut into small pieces into the pan. Then stir everything until well mixed with the seblak sauce. Make sure everything is drenched with the seblak sauce.

The last step, to add to the taste of seblak to make it more delicious, pour all the mustard greens that have been cleaned and cut into small pieces in the pan. Stir until all the mustard greens are well mixed with the sablak sauce. After that, seablock can be served.

Finally, a bundle of sausages and meatballs is ready to eat with your family or friends. To be honest, this seblak is really delicious and addictive, even 1 portion can't eat this seblak.
