Delicious Shik Kebab Recipe

How are you all friends? I hope you are well, I am also Alhamdulillah. Today I am here with you with a delicious Shik Kebab recipe. I like any kind of kebab. And you can make this kebab with any minced meat. I made it here with minced sheep. And I made this kebab in the oven. You can also fry it in oil if you want. But if you fry in oil, you have to fry it in low heat for some time, because I used the mincemeat raw. I hope you will like this recipe. Let's move on to the main episode then.

About 400 grams Onion Chopped One and a half Cups Coriander Leaves Half Cup Corn Flour Two Tablespoons Chilli Powder 1 Tablespoon Turmeric Powder Half Teaspoon Hot Spice Powder Half Tablespoon Cumin Powder 1 Tablespoon Coriander Powder Half Tablespoon Curry Powder 1 Tablespoon Chili Flakes One and a half Tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tablespoon Ghee 1 Tablespoon Salt to taste

First of all, I cleaned the minced meat well and left it to drain. Then I soaked the sticks in water for a few minutes.
