Well, you don't need to prepare so many ingredients and seasonings to make nori potato rolls, one of which is nori, potato, soy sauce, egg, mayonnaise, relish, pepper, breadcrumbs and flour. After you have prepared the following ingredients and spices, now let's start with the first step of making Nori Potato Rolls.

In the first step you need to prepare 4 potatoes first, then first clean the potatoes and cut them into small pieces as shown in the picture above. You can use any type of potato.

In the second step, after you clean the potatoes and cut the potatoes into small pieces, now prepare a frying pan and add enough mineral water to the pan, then put all the potatoes you cut into the pan, then boil the potatoes. Bake for about 20 minutes on medium heat until the potatoes are really soft.

In the third step, while boiling the potatoes for about 20 minutes, now prepare 2 pieces of nori, then cut the nori into 6 parts or 8 parts. If you have dried seaweed, you can use dried seaweed.

Fourth step, after making the nori pieces, now prepare the pan and put some cooking oil in the pan. Then place 2 beaten eggs in the pan and scramble the eggs until cooked.

After the fifth step, the scrambled eggs, we now come back to the boiled potatoes. Transfer all the potatoes to another place, then mash the potatoes with a fork until the potatoes are completely smooth.

In the sixth step, after mixing until the potatoes are completely smooth, now add the scrambled eggs, then add half a teaspoon of sugar, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, one teaspoon of soy sauce, half a teaspoon of seasoning and half a teaspoon of pepper. . Then keep stirring until all the spices are evenly mixed.

Seventh step, after the mixture is evenly mixed, now take some flour and shape the dough into an oval shape and after you shape the dough into an oval shape, roll the dough using the nori that you cut earlier. Repeat this step until finished.

So, as you can see in the photo above, all the nori rolls are wrapped in nori seaweed. Because Ima didn't like seaweed nori, some of the dough was not wrapped in seaweed nori. Now let's start the next step.

Eighth step, after finishing all the dough, now we continue with the coating material. First prepare enough flour, then bread crumbs and 1 beaten egg. Then, place the dough covered with nori in the dough, then add the mixture to the egg and finally coat the dough evenly in the bread crumbs. Repeat this step until all the dough is used.

Ninth step, after finishing with the coating ingredients, now take all the dough in one place and keep it in the fridge. Then, first knead the dough for about 1 hour. As I said before, frozen food can last for about 2 to 3 weeks and you can fry it anytime and anywhere.

In the last step, after the dough has cooled for about 1 hour, now prepare a frying pan and add enough cooking oil to the pan, then place one dough at a time in the pan, then fry all the dough on medium heat until cooked. turns brown
