Baim fish recipe with potato eggplant

Today I appeared again with a new post. Today I will share with you the recipe of baim fish with potato eggplant. My husband does not eat fish. That's why we never eat Baim fish in our house. I asked to bring because I wanted to eat a lot that day. Besides, the people of my in-laws' area eat Baim fish by discarding its skin. However, I like the skin better so I cooked with the skin. Any fish cooked with potatoes and eggplant is delicious. Besides, when I want to cook fish with vegetables, I only think of potatoes and eggplants. That's why I cooked potatoes with eggplant. Baim fish--2
Potato--1
Eggplant--1
Onion--3 t
Green chillies--3 t
Onion batter-4 tbsp
Ginger paste-1 teaspoon
Garlic paste-1 tsp
Turmeric powder--2 tsp
Chilli powder--1.5 tsp
Coriander powder--1 tsp
Cumin powder--1 tsp
Coriander leaves – as needed
Salt--in moderation
Mustard oil--in moderation

First put a frypan on the stove and put enough oil in it. When the oil is hot, I chopped onions and chillies. After frying the onions and chilies a little, I added the spices to the batter.

Grind the spices and add powdered spices. After mixing everything well, I gave it to the fish.

I mixed the fish with spices and marinated it for a while. Then add a little water and squeeze it for a while. Then put the fish in a bowl.

In that masala, I have mixed potato and eggplant with masala well. I sauteed the vegetables with spices for a while. Then I gave the fish.

Now I will add enough water to cook it completely. After that I will cook it for some more time with coriander leaves and then cumin powder.
