But sometimes we try to create something new and share it in our community. Today I will share carrot halwa with you. It is not very complicated to make, it can be made in a very simple way. It is very tasty to eat and one of my favorite food. Anyway, without further ado let's take a step-by-step look at today's shared recipe.

Amount of materials
A number of cashew nuts
10 almonds
A handful of raisins
4 carrots
6 cherry fruits
2 bay leaves
Cardamom 4
A few pieces of cinnamon
Half a liter of milk
Sugar 200 grams
Like amount of ghee

First step
First, I cut cashew nuts, almonds and cherries into small pieces. Then I peeled the carrot with the help of a knife.

Second step
This time I washed the carrots and grated them with the help of a carrot grater.

The third step
Heat a little ghee in a pan. After the ghee gets hot, add bay leaves, cardamom and cinnamon.
