Procedure Steps:
Step :-1
I made full preparations to cook the goat meat and went to my mother-in-law's stove. My family washed the meat very nicely and brought it. Besides, my younger sister of my family prepared all the necessary spices and garlic and onions beautifully in a pot. They were all eager to see if I could make the recipe. I also sat down on the edge of the hearth.

Step :-2
Meanwhile, I told someone in the family to rub the table in a well-cooked kadai and bring it to me. He also prepared the kadai very nicely and brought it to me. I started the stove and placed the pan on the stove. First I turned on the stove with some normal chalk. Meanwhile, the pan started to get warm and I poured oil into it. Slowly the oils began to heat up. Meanwhile I also got ready with all the spices to put in the oil.

Step :-3
I put all the garlic onion slices with some spices in the pan for frying. Meanwhile, after putting these masala ingredients in the hot oil, it continued to boil. I also kept stirring with a stick so that it gets fried well in the oil. I kept waiting for a while as well. Meanwhile, the spices continued to fry very nicely in the hot oil.

Step :-4
I continued to fry the spices in hot oil with a stick for a long time and at one point I noticed that the color of the spices had changed. Just then you have to understand that it's time to put the meat in the pan. So without further delay, I quickly moved the meat forward.

Step :-5
Now I put the goat meat in the pan little by little. The meat continued to cook very nicely with sound. As the meats were pressed between the hot oil and the spices, a light smoke came out and a nice aroma came to the nose. And seeing this beautiful activity of mine, the family members started saying this and laughing. I also got encouragement from seeing their laughter and continued to carry out the activities on my own responsibility. I continued to boil the meat by turning it over and over again with the spices. I made sure that the meat does not stick to the pan, and that the spices are well coated on all the meat.

Step :-6
After turning the meat with a skewer for some time, the color of the meat changed, and all the spices stuck to the meat, the spices did not fall into the pan and stuck to the meat. And meanwhile Siddha continued to add words. I also repeatedly tried to keep boiling it upside down.

Step :-7
After boiling the meat for a long time, all the juices dried up in the meat. Meanwhile, the color of the meat changed and the meat became soft. Since the meat should be lightly browned, it is time to add half a cup of water. So I asked the family to bring half a cup of pure water from the ball. He smiled at me and brought me a cup of clean water.

Step :-8
Pour half a cup of water into the pan and cover the pan with a clean lid. I waited for some time. We know meat cooks very well when covered with a lid. Meanwhile, all the spices blend well with the meat. All the spices penetrate into the meat and it becomes delicious to eat. So I covered it with a lid and kept burning it very well in the oven for some time. From the outside it was understood that the meat was boiling in the lid. After some time I lifted the lid and saw how much water had dried up. After that I covered the meat again with the lid.

Last step:
When the meat is done cooking at this stage, take the meat out of the pan into a nice bowl. When the meat cooking process was over, I took the people from the kitchen to the dining room. I covered the meat pot very nicely. And thus the cooking process is over.

At lunch time, this meat will be served to everyone at the moment of eating. Everyone was very happy with my beautiful meat cooking recipe and started to eat as much as they wanted. The test was fair but due to the light amount of solder being too much, I had to listen to this a little bit. After that everyone gave a lot of compliments as the meat was well cooked as the meats were cooked very nicely. Thus ended my khasi meat cooking program by serving it to everyone at lunch time.
