Assalamu Alaikum "How are you all? I hope you are doing very well by the grace of Almighty Allah. I am also well with your prayers and by the grace of Allah Almighty. I have not posted the recipe for many days. And so today I am posting the recipe of Punti fish fry before you. Here I am. Hope you like it. So I start my today's blog by greeting everyone...

 


Necessary Materials

1|Punty fish.
2|Salt.
3. Yellow.
4 | Oil.

Because the fish are from my own pond. Today I was bringing these fish from the pond. There are different types of fish that you see here. Such as bead fish, tilapia, rock fish, tengra geol, etc.

There are some fish from those fish that I will fry today. As it is very good to eat fried fish. So among those fishes, I have chosen the small fishes. The fun of eating punti fish with hot rice is different.

First I took a clean kadai to fry the fish. And heated the pan with fire for a while.

After the pan is fully heated, I pour oil over it. Here I have given as much oil as needed. Anyone can give more oil if they want.

After that, after the oil is hot, I arranged the fish one by one in the oil. Waited until one back was fried.

After one side of the fish is fried, I will flip the fish, so that both sides of the fish are fried nicely. The taste of eating in fish fry.

In this step I have completed frying the fish. And washed a nice pot. I cleaned the pot and put the fried fish in the pot. By the way, now it's time to eat my fish fry. It is very good to eat fried fish with hot rice.
