Anyway, today I will share with you a recipe, which I made and tried for the first time. Honestly, my younger sister gave me the idea of this recipe, she thinks this recipe is very tasty. So I got a bit interested and since I have a sweet pumpkin plant in my garden, I tried to make the recipe. In fact, sometimes hearing something especially a food recipe or menu attracts us and creates a kind of craving for it, as it happened before making this recipe. The younger sister said in such a way that the interest in making was created immediately, hee hee hee.
It's roo fish head broken and cooked with sweet pumpkin leaves, I've had it like this with mugdal or puishak but never eaten with sweet pumpkin leaves, so thought I'd give it a try. If it's not good, I can give a brush to my sister, hee hee. Let's see the recipe-

Necessary materials:
Cotton fish head
Sweet Pumpkin Leaves
potatoes
onion
Green chillies
Ginger garlic paste
turmeric powder
Chilli powder
Cumin powder
Coriander powder
salt

Method of preparation:


As usual, I put the kadai in the oven and heat the oil, then add chopped onions and green chillies and lightly fry it. Then I added all the spices including ginger garlic paste.



Then I grinded the spices with light water, then mixed the cleaned fish head with the spices and sliced the potatoes.



Then I rubbed the potatoes with masala, then added sweet pumpkin leaves and covered it for some time with a lid.


I removed the lid and added enough water, then cooked it like this until the water dried up. When the water dried up, I took it down.

Look how beautiful the scene looks at the end of the cooking, but it was not even more beautiful to eat. The recipe was really good, the first time I tried it, it looks good.
