As usual, you need to prepare the ingredients first to make this snack. The first thing you need to prepare is some potatoes, 5 medium-sized sausages or more than 5 sausages, according to taste, then flour, cornstarch, pepper, chicken broth, baking powder, 1 chicken egg, and finally, UHT milk. You can find all these ingredients in a whole market or supermarket. After everything is ready, now let's start making the potato hotdog dough.

In the first step you need to prepare sticks or chopsticks, I recommend using chopsticks, because sticks can break and are not strong enough to support the sausage and potatoes. First, peel the potatoes, wash the potatoes and cut the potatoes into small pieces, then stab the sausages using one chopstick.

Now that you have your potatoes and sausage ready, we can start making the potato hotdogs. The first thing you need to prepare is, in 1 place then pour 100 grams of flour or the equivalent of 7 tablespoons, then pour in 50 grams of cornstarch or the equivalent of 4 tablespoons. After pouring the two ingredients, stir the mixture until evenly distributed.

Then after evenly distributing the mixture, add 1 chicken egg to the mixture, followed by 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper and 1 teaspoon of chicken stock seasoning. Then stir until all the ingredients are evenly mixed.

Now, after you have kneaded the dough, add 100ml of the UHT milk you prepared. Then knead the dough again until completely smooth and soft. what do you think Simple enough right? This breakfast doesn't take hours to make, now let's see how soft the dough is.

As you can see in the picture above, the dough is really well mixed and soft, the chili aroma is very strong and the ingredients look very elastic. I see in some media, this recipe is a little difficult to combine flour and potatoes. I'm sure you can and there's no harm in trying. Spirit!

The next step you need to do is to thoroughly coat the sausages with the finished dough. Roll until the sausage is covered with the previous dough. This process should be really thick and not too runny, because the potatoes won't stick to the dough.

Next, brush all the potatoes into the floured sausage. This step is a bit tricky because you have to glue all the potatoes into the dough, if the potatoes are hard to stick together, you can glue the potatoes one by one to the sausage mixed with the dough.

When done with the potatoes, during our frying, fry all the potato hotdogs until they are fully cooked, making sure that no potatoes fall into the pan in the cooking oil. Fry the potato hotdogs one at a time and don't rush them.
