How are you all? Hope you are well. I am also well by the grace of God. Today I have appeared before you with another new post. My post today is a recipe post. One of my favorite recipes. Today I have made Lentil Piyaju recipe. Hope you like it.

I like to cook a lot. Cooking is my hobby. If I have to cook every day, I don't like cooking anymore. But today I have come to you with a new recipe. A few days ago I was thinking about what to make for afternoon snack. There was nothing like that in the house, so I thought of making lentil piazu. I heard that lentil onions are very tasty so I thought today let's make lentil onions for breakfast. For that purpose I made lentil piyazu and had it together in the afternoon. It was so much fun to eat. Lentil piyaju is much more fun than other pulse piyaju. And I like eating more. Hope you will like my dal piyaju recipe.
Materials
Lentils
onion
Green chillies
garlic
yellow
salt
pepper
spice
the oil

Preparation Method:-
Step:-1
To make lentil piyaju I have taken lentil and blended it beforehand. After that, I added chopped onion to the lentils.


Step:-2
Now I gave raw chili. I crushed two green chillies and mixed them well with the dal.


Step:-3
I added a spoonful of chilli powder and a spoonful of garlic paste to the mixture to make the lentil piyaju. After that, I mixed it well once more.



Step:-4
Now I gave little amount of turmeric powder and salt. I keep kneading the dal mixture so that the spices are all mixed well.


Step:-5
Now I gave a small amount of cumin powder. I rubbed it well last time with cumin powder.


Step:-6
I took a small amount of this lentil mixture and fried it in oil with piyaju saif.



Step:-7
Similarly, I fried all the mixture in oil. After that, when it turned red, I took down the lentil piyazu.



Last Step:-
This is how I made delicious lentil piyazu. This lentil piyaju and cucumber with onion is so much fun to eat. I really like to eat this piyaju. Hope you like my recipe.
