Whatever you say for hospitality or for eating yourself, roast with polao is the best. Makha Makha Jhol Light Jhal and sweet taste this roast is really amazing. I don't like anything else with Polao except this roast. Anyway, without further ado, let's share the recipe with you -

Necessary materials:
Chop onion.
Chilli powder.
salt
the oil
Cumin batter.
ginger batter
garlic paste
Readymix Roast Masala.
Almond batter.
poppy seed batter
sour yogurt
the chicken
potatoes

 

 

 

Method of preparation:
Step-1:
First, cut the meat and wash it well.

 

Step-2:

Then fry the potatoes in oil for a while and make them red.

 

Step-3:

Then fry the meat with salt.

 

Step-4:

I took Badam Bata, Onion Kuchi, Ginger Bata, Garlic Bata and Radhuni Ready Mix Radhuni Roast Masala.

 

Step-5:

Then heat a pot of oil. When the oil is hot, add onion, ginger paste, garlic paste.

 

 

 

Step-8:

After that I will give sufficient amount of water.
