Because it is very difficult to explain them verbally. Anyway today I cooked biryani with egg and vegetables. Biryani is always made with meat. So this time I cooked it like this to cook it a little differently. Also, kids don't want to eat vegetables that much. That is why they have to cook vegetables in different ways. The vegetable biryani was loved by the kids. Moreover, the cooking is done very easily. It was also quite fun to eat. Hope you like it.

First I soaked the rice for half an hour. Place a pan on the stove and put enough water and a little oil in it. Then I added Shahi cumin, cardamom, cinnamon, long, jaiphal, jaitri and star spices in this water. When the water starts boiling, strain all the spices in a strainer.

Now first boil and peel the eggs. Then put a frypan in the oven and fry the eggs well with some oil, a little turmeric and salt and put them in a bowl.

Now add a little more oil to the carrots and potatoes first. I will fry them a little and give the rest of the vegetables. Roast the vegetables well and keep them in a bowl.

In the same oil, I will first add chopped onions and chillies. Fry the onion and chili flakes a little and add the powdered spices. After shaking the powdered spices a little, I will add the spices to the batter. Knead the batter with the spices for a while and add the sour curd. I had whipped sour curd with sugar beforehand.

Now grind the spices well with a little water. Then mix the vegetables with spices. Then I will give milk and water.

Then cover with a lid and cook for a while. When the vegetables are cooked, add the pre-cooked rice. Mix the rice with vegetables and spices well and add the eggs. Cover the eggs with rice and cover with a lid to cook them completely.
