Delicious Recipe: Eggplant Curry in Jingh with Small Prawns

Many times you will see how unsatisfied it is to eat one type of food, so I sometimes try to cook it with different vegetables to bring variety to the food. Today I am here with a different kind of recipe. Today I will show you how to cook prawns and brinjal with dried small prawns, so let's start our delicious recipe today.

Shrimp 500g Dried shrimp 100g Desi potato 100g Eggplant 100g Chopped onion One cup Raw pepper to taste Yellow powder One spoon Garlic paste One spoon Salt to taste Soybean oil to taste

First I peeled the prawns and cut them into pieces as needed. Then wash it well and take it in a bowl.

This time I washed the dried prawns well in lukewarm water. Then put it in a bowl. In the next step, I cut the eggplant and potato into pieces, washed them and put them in a bowl.

At the beginning of cooking, I put a pan on the stove and poured enough soybean oil into it. After that I chopped onion and fried it brown.

In this step I added turmeric powder, garlic paste and salt one by one. After that I grinded the spices with little water.

Now add the dried shrimps and marinate them with spices for some time.

Now add sliced potatoes, brinjal and shrimps and then saute it with all the spices.

At this stage I cooked the curry for twenty minutes with enough broth. When the broth dries up a bit, our delicious curry is ready, now it's time to serve.
