Sireng is a food made from starch or tapioca. Sireng is said to have been around since the 1980s. Sireng is a typical dish in Bandung, Indonesia. Now to make sireng rujak seasoning, the ingredients and seasonings you need to make or buy must be very cheap and not too much. The first thing you need to prepare is tapioca flour, brown sugar, pepper, spices, salt, tamarind, green onion, shallots, garlic, pepper and celery leaves. After preparing all the ingredients and spices I mentioned, now let's go to the first step of making the Sireng Ruzak Seasoning.

The first step you need to do is chop 4 garlic, 2 leeks and 3 celery leaves, then cut the three ingredients into small pieces as shown in the picture above.

In the second step, after you cut some of the previous ingredients into small pieces, what you need to do now is to prepare a place and add 10 tablespoons of tapioca flour and small pieces of leek and celery leaves, then stir until well mixed. and let go. Stand for a while.

The third step is to sit and stir until smooth, now all you have to do is prepare a pot, then pour 200 ml of water into the pan and add 3 tablespoons of tapioca flour. Then add half a teaspoon of pepper, half a teaspoon of flavor and half a teaspoon of salt. Then continue to stir over medium heat until the dough becomes a chewy texture.

In the fourth step, when the dough changes its texture and becomes chewy like the picture above, then mix the chewy dough with the previously standing dough. Then stir the mixture until everything is evenly mixed.

In the fifth step, after finishing making the dough, now take some flour and make the dough as shown in the picture above. You can also shape the dough as you like. Repeat this step until all the dough is used.

Now, all the dough is made into oval shape like above picture. I made a little more because sireng is one of my favorite snacks. I tried some Syreng in Bandung and it's really good. Hope I can make Syringe like the one I ate.

Step six, after you make the dough until it is done, now what you need to do is, prepare a frying pan and pour enough cooking oil in the pan, then put the sirengs one by one in the pan and fry until the sirengs turn color. Turns slightly brown.

Seventh step, after all the sireng are fried, now we will season the rujak to eat with the sireng. Prepare the brown sugar that you have cut into small pieces beforehand, then also prepare the solution of 2 cloves of garlic, little red pepper to taste and tamarind.

Last step, after preparing all the ingredients I mentioned earlier, now prepare a blender and put all the ingredients in the blender, pour enough water in the blender. Then puree everything until completely smooth.

And lastly, Sireng Seasoning and Ruzak can be enjoyed with friends and family. It tastes quite good and the Ruzak seasoning is very spicy. Ruzak seasoning can be mixed with the syring or the syring can be chopped first.
