So I tried to make Chicken Haleem in different ways at different times. So today I am here with you with the favorite Halim recipe. Moreover, children also like to eat Chicken Haleem. Chicken Haleem Cooking Steps

 


Cooking process-1

First I warmed 1 liter of hot water. I opened the packet of chicken haleem and poured it with dal mix. Soaked for a long time, up to a few hours.

After a few hours, when the halim dals are wet, I will move to the cooking step. I put a pot on the stove for cooking. I will wait for it to get hot with enough oil. When the oil is hot, I add the onion, garlic and ginger batter.

When the onion, garlic and ginger batter is cooked, I will add the meat pieces that have been cut into small pieces. I have washed and drained the water beforehand. The meat should be mixed well and drained in the oil so that it does not remain raw.

When the meat is almost cooked, I will add the masala in the Halim packet. All the ingredients are given in the masala packet so that you don't have to pay anything extra. Shake the masala packet inside the Halim packet and fry it.

Grind the Halim masala well in the meat. After extracting, add the pre-soaked mix halim dals. The dal should be poured and stirred very frequently so that it does not stick to the bottom. If the dal is not shaken frequently, there is a possibility of burning. That's why you have to cook by stirring frequently. When it is cooked, it should be taken down.
