Today I am back again with a new post for you. And today's post is Bina Tele Jale Chicken Ranna Recipe. Our dear Dada @rme challenged all the members of my Bengali blog community to cook chicken in water without oil. At first I was surprised to see this recipe of our beloved grandfather. How is that possible!! Because I have never heard of cooking any recipe without oil without water.
And so when Dada showed me the ingredients and cooking method of this recipe, I thought that if I cook it like this, it might not taste good at all. But I was totally wrong, because when I made this recipe, it tasted so good that I went crazy after eating it. Those who have never tried this oil-free chicken in water, may never be able to appreciate the taste of this recipe.
Anyway, many thanks to our dear Dada, for teaching me how to cook chicken in water without oil in a very healthy and nutritious way. If Dada had not taught us this recipe thoroughly, we might never have been able to make this recipe. Since there is no use of oil in this recipe, it goes without saying that this recipe is a very healthy dish.
However, I struggled to make this recipe. Because the recipe and ingredients seemed so complicated, at one point I thought I might not finish the recipe. I was finally able to make my Bina Tele Jale recipe, so much joy and happiness in my heart. Although the recipe looks very simple, there is a lot of work involved in making this recipe. Which I gradually realized. I'm a man, and on top of that, cooking in water without oil, I finally read Rupaban with tears in my eyes haha.

Serial No.Ingredients Quantity 1kg Chicken 2potatoes 4t3Tomato 4t4 Sour yogurt 50g 5Onions 4t6Garlic 4t7Raw chilli 4t 8Dried chilli 4t 9Corriander leaves chopped 2tbsp 10Yellow powder 2tsp 11Cumin powder 1/2tsp 12whole cumin 1/2tsp 13Bay leaves 4t 14Cinnamon 3-4 Piece 15 small cardamom 6 t16 big cardamom 2 t17 cloves 8-10 t18 pepper 8-10 t19 ginger 4 pieces 20 salt to taste

1. First, I washed the meat well, put sour yogurt and a little cumin, turmeric and salt and kept it for 40 minutes.

2. Now I cut the potatoes into two pieces without peeling the skin and cut the onions into four pieces and peeled and cored the garlic, along with green chillies and dry chillies.
"Step: 3"

3. Now I lightly burnt the potatoes, green chillies, dry chillies, ginger, garlic and onions with a spoon placed on the gas stove.
"Step: 4"

4. Now I have crushed green chillies and dry chillies lightly in a batter. Along with that cinnamon, cloves, small and big cardamom, pepper have been beaten together.
"Step: 5"

5. After that, I cut the tomatoes into four pieces, then put the marinated chicken pieces in a pan with salt, turmeric, whole cumin seeds and tomato pieces and cover it with a lid on a very low flame and keep it in a net for 5 minutes.
"Step: 6"

6. After five minutes, when I opened the lid and saw that the chickens were slightly watery, I added mashed potatoes, onions, garlic cloves, ginger pieces, and bay leaves. Along with that, I mixed the mixture that I made with whole raw and dried chilies into the meats.
"Step: 7"

7. After that, when the water dries up the meat in a light net, I shake it with a quantity of cumin powder and coriander leaves. Couldn't add curry leaves and lemon grass to the recipe as I don't have it in my collection.
"Step: 8"

8. After shaking well, when my desired recipe is ready, then arrange it as desired and prepare it for serving.
And when the recipe was ready I ate the recipe with hot hot rice as per Dada's instructions and made a dhekur. Aha!! No matter what the taste, anyone who does not try this recipe will never be able to appreciate the joy of eating chicken in water without oil.
