I appeared with a new blog today. Today I will share a recipe post. My recipe today is poa fish roast recipe. Poa fish is a marine fish. It is very good to eat if it is big. Vegetables don't go well with poa fish. If it can be boiled and eaten then it is great to eat. As the fish was very big in size it was very funny.
As you all know there are many posts in marine fish. So we always try to keep sea fish in the food list. Besides, you must know that our Cox's Bazar area has a large supply of sea fish, so it is eaten constantly. I like sea fish more than other fish. It is safe to say that freshwater fish do not eat much. I have fried it with tomatoes. Poa fish was great to eat. So here I am to share the recipe with you. Ingredients required for the recipe:

Poa fish 8 pieces
Tomato paste 1 t
Onion batter 2
Garlic paste 2 spoons
Salt to taste
Red chili powder 4 spoons
Turmeric powder 2 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 2 spoons
Like the amount of oil
Poa Fish Roast Recipe Steps
Cooking process-1
In the first step, I took the cut fish out of the fridge and washed it thoroughly. After that I made tomato paste. I have prepared onion, garlic and other spices. Since all the ingredients are ready then I will go directly to the cooking step.

I put a dekchi on the stove to cook the fish. In it, the flame of the stove is lit on medium flame. Now add enough oil and wait for the oil to get hot. When the oil is hot, add onion and garlic paste. Stir well and fry.

After frying onions and garlic well, add tomato paste. After frying for a while with tomato paste, I will add the dry spices. Boil red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and cumin powder in water.

Now when all the ingredients are boiled, add the washed fish. I gave the fish all together. After adding the fish, mix the fish well with all the ingredients and let it boil for a while.

I added a little water as I want to thicken the broth a little. After that I will continue to boil until the fish is well cooked. When it is cooked, turn off the stove and remove from the stove.



Now it's time to serve hot. Since I made the recipe for lunch. So I finished cooking and prepared to eat quickly. I added a little jhal to increase the jhal jhal. It was very fun to eat with tomatoes.
