Now the ingredients you need to make or buy to make this recipe are not so much, first you need to prepare chicken, tapioca flour, wheat flour, bread flour, scallion, relish, shallots, sugar, salt, red pepper, lime leaves and finally ice cream sticks. After you have prepared all the ingredients and spices, now let's start with the first step of making Spicy Chicken Sempole.

First thing you need to do is prepare 250 grams of chicken meat or as per your desire then prepare a frying pan and add enough water to the pot. Then put all the chicken and some lime leaves in the pot, then boil the chicken for about 20 minutes on medium heat.

In the second step, while waiting for the chicken to cook for about 20 minutes, now prepare 5 peppers, 5 garlic cloves, 4 shallots and also 5 bird's eye chilies. Then chop red pepper, bird's eye chili, shallot and garlic into small pieces.

Step three, after chopping all the ingredients I mentioned earlier, now prepare a blender and put all the ingredients in the blender, then blend everything until it's really smooth.

Step four, after blending until completely smooth, now we come back to the boiled chicken. Next, cut the chicken into small pieces as shown in the picture above.

Fifth step, after you cut the boiled chicken into small pieces, now prepare a frying pan and add enough cooking oil, then add all the spices blended earlier. Then cook the spices on medium heat until the spices give off a fragrant aroma.

In the sixth step, after cooking the spices until they emit a fragrant aroma, then add spices such as half a teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of pepper, half a teaspoon of flavoring and one tablespoon of sugar. Then stir again until all the spices are well mixed.

Seventh step, after mixing all the spices well, now all you need to do is to put all the chicken pieces you have prepared in the pan. Then stir in the spices again until all the chicken is evenly mixed.

In the eighth step, after all the chicken is mixed well with the chili, now we will make the Sempole dough. Now prepare a place, then add 250 grams of flour, 500 ml of mineral water and stir the mixture until the flour is well mixed.

In the ninth step, after stirring until the flour is well blended, add chopped green onions, half a teaspoon of salt and a tablespoon of flavoring. Then stir the mixture until everything is evenly mixed.

Step 10 After mixing everything well, now prepare a baking sheet and place all the dough in the pan. Then keep stirring on low heat until the mixture is really thick and smooth.

Now, as you can see in the photo above, the mixture must be stirred continuously until the mixture thickens and the khalis must be stirred continuously, do not stop so that the mixture does not burn.

Eleventh step, after the dough becomes really thick and the texture becomes lumpy, now move the dough to another place and leave until the hot steam disappears. Then after the hot steam has gone from the mixture, now add 250 g of tapioca flour and stir until well mixed.

In the twelfth step, after the mixture is completely smooth and well mixed, now take some flour and flatten it in your palm, then add chicken seasoned with enough chillies.

Step Thirteen After adding the chicken to the mixture, cover the chicken tightly with the mixture so that the chicken does not come out when cooked. Repeat the previous step and this step until all the dough is used.

Fourteenth step, after all the dough is filled with spicy chicken, now scoop out all the dough using an ice cream stick as in the picture above. Repeat this step until finished.

Fifteenth step, after filling all the dough and adding the ice cream sticks, now prepare a pan and add enough water to the pan. Then boil all the mixture on medium heat until the mixture floats to the top.

In the sixteenth step, while boiling the flour until all the flour floats, now make a wet dough made of melted flour and prepare the breadcrumbs.

Seventeenth step, after you have prepared the wet flour and breadcrumbs, now dip it evenly in the wet mixture. Repeat this step until all the dough is evenly dipped in the wet mixture.

Eighteenth step, after dipping all the dough evenly, now roll all the dough into bread crumbs. Repeat this step until finished.
