So, to make egg sausage meat kebabs, the ingredients you need to prepare and buy are quite cheap and affordable. First you need to prepare flour with medium protein, then baking powder, onion, cooking oil, salt, 2 eggs, sausage, mayonnaise, lettuce, chili sauce and finally packaged meat or you can also use cooked meat. . Step 1, all you need to do now is prepare the bowl and stir in 13 tablespoons of medium protein flour, half a teaspoon of salt and half a teaspoon of baking powder. Then stir the mixture until everything is evenly mixed. In this step we will first make the skin of the kebab.
