What ingredients should we prepare to make kimbab? The first thing you need to prepare to make kimbab is a few sheets of nori according to the amount of kimbab you want to make, then white rice, sausage, 3 eggs, soy sauce, hot sauce, spring onion, salt, chicken stock, pepper, Carrots, peppers and finally cucumbers. After all the ingredients are ready, now let's start making Kimbab.

The first step is to cut the sausage into small pieces, just 4 pieces of sausage as you wish, then cut the carrots into small pieces and finally the leeks. Now we enter the second phase.

There are 2 choices of carrots, you can boil them first to soften them or you can use straight carrots which have been cut into small pieces. Boil carrots on medium heat until tender, about 20 minutes. Now let's move on to making the Kimbab filling.

The next step is to prepare 1 plate and add 3 chicken eggs, sausage and green onions that you cut into small pieces, then add salt, adsorbent and pepper to taste, then add all the carrots that you boiled earlier. Then stir the mixture until everything is evenly mixed.

Next prepare 1 frying pan and pour little cooking oil in the pan, then pour the egg mixture and cook on low heat, if you have a rectangular pan you can use a frying pan. Then pour the egg mixture little by little, then after the first egg mixture is cooked, turn the egg to the left, then slide the edges and pour the egg mixture again. Repeat this step until the egg mixture is finished.

Now, when all the egg mixture is used, transfer it to a plate. As you can see in the picture above, I only got 3 scrambled eggs as per the 3 eggs I added to the mixture earlier. Now, prepare the filling for Kimbab and keep it aside. Now we will enter the stage of pre-prepared white rice.

Now prepare the pre-existing white rice on the plate, then pour the sesame seeds according to your taste and desire, then pour the soy sauce according to your desire on the plate. Then stir in the white rice until the sesame seeds and soy sauce are well combined. You can also add sesame oil to white rice.

Now let's go to the stage of filling the rice and egg in the nori. Prepare 1 plastic for the base, then place 1 sheet of nori on the plastic, then place the rice as you wish and arrange first with a spoon or hands, then place the omelette, then place the cucumber next to the base. Omelet, you can see the picture above for clarity.

After following the above steps properly, now all you have to do is roll the nori slowly using the used plastic mat, roll it slowly and be careful not to break it. Then cut it into several pieces, make sure you use a sharp knife to cut the kimbab.
