Well, today I will share a snack recipe that is quite tasty and easy. This snack is often called nagasari or cold cake. The basic ingredients of nagasari cake are rice flour, sago and other ingredients. So, are you interested in this Nagasari Banana Recipe? Now the ingredients you need to prepare and buy to make this nagasari banana cake are, rice flour, banana as desired, 1 pack of vanilla powder, coconut milk, granulated sugar, salt and finally tapioca flour. After you have prepared all the ingredients, now let's start the first step of making this Nagasari Banana Cake.

Step 1 After you have prepared all the ingredients, now peel all the bananas you have prepared, then cut each of the bananas you have peeled into 2 pieces. You can see the picture above for more details.

In the second step, after peeling the banana and cutting it into pieces, now make a blender and add 200 grams of rice flour or the equivalent of 14 tablespoons, followed by 100 grams of tapioca flour, half a tablespoon of salt, 4 to 5 tablespoons of sugar, 1 pack vanilla powder and lastly 800 ml of coconut milk. Then blend until well blended.

In the third step, after you finish mixing it, move the mixture to another place to make it easier, until it is well mixed. You can use a sieve to sift the flour so that no dough is still hard and lumpy.

Fourth step, after transferring and filtering the mixture, now prepare a rectangular baking dish and pour a little batter in the pan so that it covers the bottom of the pan, don't pour all the batter in the pan, because we need it. Then flour for the second layer.

Sixth step, after you have steamed the first layer for 10 minutes, now place the banana slices you have made in the pan and arrange them as you wish. You can see the picture above for more details.

Step seven, after you arrange the bananas in the tin, now add some flour for the second layer, pour the mixture so that it slightly covers your previously arranged bananas. Then steam the flour again for about 10 minutes on medium heat.
