Well, the ingredients you need to prepare to make banana roll cake with chocolate are very simple, all you need to prepare are bananas, liquid cucurbits, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, tapioca flour, flour and salt. The first step you need to do is prepare the steamer, put some bananas as desired and steam the bananas for 10 minutes on medium flame.

In the second step, when the bananas are steamed for about 10 minutes, then prepare 1 bowl and add 13 tablespoons of tapioca flour, 7 tablespoons of flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder and 6 tablespoons of cocoa powder. Tablespoon of granulated sugar or as desired. Then stir until everything is evenly mixed.

In the third step, after stirring the mixture until it is evenly mixed, now add 250 ml of liquid milk and 250 ml of mineral water to the mixture, then stir the mixture again until it is evenly mixed using a spoon or mixer.

In the fourth step, after stirring all the mixture evenly, now make a sieve and strain the mixture so that there is no large cocoa powder residue. If there are still large chunks of chocolate in the colander, you can crush them with a spoon.

In the fifth step, after filtering the mixture so that there is no large cocoa powder, now what you need to prepare is a medium-sized baking sheet, then oil it so that the dough does not stick.

Sixth step, after you prepare a baking sheet and grease it with cooking oil, now all you have to do is put all the mixture in the pan, then steam the mixture on high heat for about 20 or 30 minutes.

Seventh step, after steaming the dough for about 30 minutes, then remove the steamer and let it rest for a few minutes, then put the dough on the work mat, then put the banana on the layer cake. If you are using a banana that is not too big, you can cut the banana and arrange it like I did above.

Eighth step, after you lift the dough and place the banana on top of the layer cake, now roll the layer cake and cut the layer cake as you like. Use a really sharp knife or you can also use plastic to prevent the dough from sticking to the knife you are using. You can see the result in the picture above.
