The first step you need to do is prepare a pot and pour enough water, then put all the quail eggs in the pot, then boil the quail eggs until cooked using only low heat.

In the second stage, while boiling the quail eggs until cooked, now clean all the prawns you have prepared. Clean all the prawns well, you can peel all the prawns to make them tastier after cooking. I didn't use very big prawns, you can use any prawns for this dish.

Third stage, after cleaning, now peel all the quail eggs you boiled earlier. Peel the quail eggs until only quail egg shells remain. Apart from quail eggs, you can also use regular chicken eggs or other eggs of your choice.

The fourth stage, after the prawns and quail eggs are finished, now we will finish the seasoning first. Peel the shallots and garlic, cut the tomatoes into small pieces and clean the red pepper and red pepper as shown in the photo above.

The eighth stage, after you stir all the spices until evenly distributed. Now pour all the cleaned and prepared prawns. Then stir in the spices again until the shrimp is well mixed with the sambalado seasoning, stirring until everything is well mixed. Then cover briefly so that the spices penetrate the prawns quickly.

Step Ninth After stirring well until the prawns and spices are well mixed, now pour in all the quail eggs you peeled earlier, then cook and stir until everything is well mixed. Keep stirring until the quail eggs are mixed with the samblado.

At the last stage, after the prawns and quail eggs are well mixed with the sambalado, to add flavor to the sambalado to make it tastier, now add the gravy and celery leaves to the sambalado seasoning. Be sure to cut the soup and celery into small pieces to make it easier to mix with the sambalado seasoning. Stir again until everything is evenly mixed.
