how are you all Hope everyone is doing well by God's grace. Alhamdulillah I am also very well by the grace of Allah. But today I have appeared in front of you with a very beautiful post. But the purpose of my post today is only for our beloved grandfather. A few days ago Dada posted a post, where he told to cook chicken without oil and water. Actually, I read the post first and thought how the cooking would be. Actually, I have heard a lot about cooking without oil, but I have never tried it myself. But after seeing my grandfather's post, I decided to make this recipe that day.
I really want to make the recipe. Moreover, reading the steps of the recipe, it seemed that the recipe would be very fun to eat. But while taking all the ingredients to prepare the recipe, I could not find these two ingredients: curry leaves and lemon glaze. Then I started thinking what to do. Since I could not find it, I made the recipe without these two ingredients. But making the recipe was very difficult. But when I played the recipe, all the trouble was worth it. What can I say because it was so much fun. I was thinking from the beginning whether the meat would be cooked without water?
Will the potatoes be cooked so big? But really the meats are cooked very well even the potatoes are cooked. And the cooking test went incredibly well. I never expected the recipe to be so good. And after eating this recipe, I want to cook this way all the time. But it actually took a lot of time to make the recipe. Normally we cannot give so much time for eating. But what I liked most was that I could eat such a beautiful recipe for my grandfather. Hope you will like it more.

Cooking Ingredients:
Amount of materials
Chicken meat 1 kg
4 potatoes
Sour yogurt 50 grams
4 onions
Rosen 2 o'clock
Chilli 7/8 hours
1 tablespoon of whole cumin seeds
Bay leaves, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, pepper 4/5 each
Dry chili 7/8
Chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder 2 tbsp
Cumin powder 2 tbsp
Salt in moderation
1 ginger
4 tomatoes
Cooking Details:
Step-1:
First, I cleaned the chicken well in a bowl. After that I gave sour yogurt in between.

Step - 2 :
Then I mixed it well with cumin powder, turmeric powder and salt. Cover it with a lid and leave it to marinate.


Step - 4 :
Then I ground a little bit of cinnamon, cardamom, pepper cloves.

Step-5:
Then I burned the onion garlic slices in the oven

Step - 6 :
Dry chillies and green chillies are also added in the same way.



Step - 8 :
Then after 40 minutes I took the marinated meats. Then I put a pan on the stove. Then I added the marinated meats.

Step - 9 :
Then put tomato slices, whole cumin seeds, turmeric powder, salt and cover them with a lid.

Step - 10 :
After five minutes, open the lid and see that some amount of water has come out. Then I added burnt onion, garlic, ginger and potato pieces and chili paste. Then I gave bay leaves in between. Mix all the ingredients and cover again with a lid.

Step - 11 :
I will continue to cook like this and after a while I will shake it a little.

Step - 12 :
After that, I added cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and pepper paste in it when it was a little bit. Then leave it in a net and add fried cumin powder again.

Step - 13 :
Then after some time I spread chopped coriander leaves. After that, I will take it out of the oven.
