Delicious Singara Recipe

How are you all friends? Hope everyone is well. I am also fine by God's grace.

Today I am going to post the delicious singara recipe. Singara has never been made before. This is my first singara made.

Delicious Singara Recipe

I have come to you with a delicious singara recipe post.

Let's take a look at the required materials.

Necessary materials:
Amount of materials
Flour 200 grams
Like the amount of onions
5-6 raw chillies
2 dry chillies
Like the amount of turmeric powder
Salt is like sugar
Soybean oil quantity
Whole cumin 1 tbsp
2 bay leaves
Like black cumin seeds
1 potato
As much as Pepe
Like sweet pumpkin

Cooking method:

Step-1:
First I mixed the flour and oil well with a little oil in the flour. Once mixed well, add some black cumin seeds and mix it well with water and keep it for 1 hour.

Step-2:
Then I cut the vegetables one by one and washed them. Then put it in the oven and put oil in it. When the oil gets slightly hot, fry the onion and raw chillies in it and add dry chillies, salt, turmeric, cumin, bay leaves and fry a little.

Step-3:
After a while, I mixed the chopped vegetables between the fried masalas and fried them for a while and covered them with a little water to boil them.

Step-4:
After covering it like this for a while, when the vegetables were fully cooked, I fried them for another 5 minutes and took them down. And this is how the vegetables inside the singara were made. Also I boiled 2 eggs to add to the Singara.

Step-5:
Then I rolled out the pre-kneaded dough into a loaf and cut it in half. With the cut portion, I fried singara and made it with vegetables and egg.

Step-6:
I heated the oil lightly. After that I put the prepared Singara in the oil. The flame of the stove must be kept low. Singara will be fried well if the heat is light.

Step-7:

Singara should be flipped from side to side and fried. When the color turns brown, the singara should be taken off. And this is how our delicious singara was made. Also I cut cucumber, onion, green pepper for salad.

And this is how delicious singara is made for afternoon snack. Hope everyone likes to eat Singara. Singara sizes were not good but had to be eaten. Actually, I did it for the first time because of which I could not give the shape of the singara properly. Everyone please don't take it the other way.
