Pooya Fish Roast:

I like to eat river fish. Puya fish is easily available in our region. And these fishes are very tasty to eat. But the price is much higher. This recipe was made a long time ago. Loved finding this recipe all of a sudden. In fact, there may be differences in fish names from region to region. Must tell what name this fish is called in your area. Without further ado, let's have a look at this interesting recipe. Actually I can't talk much during illness. Anyway, let's see how I made this recipe and what ingredients I used.
Required Materials:

Puya fish 300 grams
Chopped onion 2 tsp
Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
2 spoons of green chillies
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Salt in moderation
Soybean oil 3 spoons


Steps to make Pooya fish fry:
Step-1


To prepare this puiya fish recipe first put oil in a pan. After that, when the oil is hot, I prepared to add onions.

Now fry the onion in hot oil for some time and add green chillies according to quantity.

Now fry well with all the ingredients. Then I added garlic paste, cumin powder, salt and turmeric powder according to the quantity.

Now stir and mix the spices to roast them. Then I gave water according to the quantity.

After cooking like this for some time, the spices are roasted well and the fishes are added in between.

I tried to mix the fish well with the masala. So that you like to eat. I have roasted the fish for some time.
