Now, to make these crunchy crepes, the ingredients that need to be bought and made are not so much and expensive. The first thing you need to prepare is rice flour, cornstarch, wheat flour, full cream milk, chicken eggs, sugar, salt, baking soda and finally the mace. After all the ingredients are ready, now let's start from the first step of making the scrumptious crepe.

All you need to do in this first step is to prepare 1 bowl and add 11 tablespoons of rice flour, then 4 tablespoons of cornstarch and 2 tablespoons of wheat flour. Then keep stirring the flour until all the flour is well mixed.

In the second step, after stirring until all the flour is evenly mixed, now add 225 ml of full cream milk to the mixture. 1 egg and 6 tablespoons of sugar. Then using the flour mixture as in the picture above, stir until the sugar is dissolved and smooth.

In the third step, after the dough is smooth and the sugar has dissolved, now strain the mixture using a sieve so that there are no lumps in the dough.

Step 4: Once the flour is sifted and there are no lumps of flour left, now add half a teaspoon of baking soda to the flour. You can add 1 pack of vanilla to make the mixture more fragrant. Then stir until the mixture is evenly mixed.

Fifth step, after stirring the dough until the baking soda is evenly mixed in the dough, now cover the dough and leave it for about 30 minutes. So far, what do you think? Are you having trouble? Leave your comments below this post.

Sixth step, after you cover and leave the dough for about 30 minutes, now all you have to do is prepare the teflon, then spread the margarine on the teflon and heat the teflon on low heat. After the Teflon is heated, put enough flour on the Teflon and shake the Teflon so that the flour spreads over the entire surface of the Teflon. You can see the picture above for more details. Bake the dough until the dough peels off.

Seventh step, after the edges of the dough are brown and peel off, now add the mess on top of the dough or you can also use chocolate jam topping, banana slices, cheese and toppings as per taste.

In the eighth step, after you have added the toppings to the dough as per your desire, now fold the dough as shown in the picture above. Grill on low flame.

In the last step, after folding the dough as in the previous picture, now fold it from top to bottom as in the picture above. You can use a spoon to fold the dough so it doesn't get too hard. Flour until brown
And finally, the crispy crepes can be enjoyed for your family and friends. Well, you can add toppings like melted chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, cheese and strawberry jam on top of the crepe. The taste is very good and the texture of the crepes is very crunchy. This snack is perfect with hot tea or you can also make a cup of coffee. What do you think about this recipe?
