I thought I would go home for Eid. But the story that the rain made this Eid did not go home anymore. So I decided to celebrate Eid in Dhaka. Now I am worried about what to cook on the morning of Eid. I don't like to eat the same roast chicken all the time. I sat and thought for a while. Then at one time I arranged the recipe in my mind. I thought this time I will make a royal roast with just chopped onions without onion batter. And immediately did that. And the cooked roast was so yummy to eat that I named this recipe royal style chicken roast. Hope you will not be disappointed if you try it at home. If not, come to my house. Step-1

First, cut the roast chickens into pieces, wash them well, rub lemon and salt on them and keep them for 10 minutes.
Step-2

Now three spoons of milk powder should be dissolved in a glass of water.

Now put a pot on the stove and heat the oil in it and fry the roasted onion with the amount of onion and keep the onion roasted in a separate pot.

Now add a little more oil to the roasted chicken and fry the roast chickens one by one.

When the roast pieces are fried, fry more onions in that oil and add cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and bay leaves and fry a little more.

Now add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, salt and a little water to the fried onions and stir well to extract the masala.

When the masala is well grated, add the Radhuni masala powder that has been previously made into a paste and mix it well.

After the masala has been ground well for some time, add the pre-fried chicken roasts and grind well with the masala. So that the spices get inside the chicken.

Now wash the bowl with Radhuni masala paste in the roasted chicken and shake well again with a small amount of water and wait until the chicken is cooked a little.

Now add liquid milk, tomato sauce, green chillies and coriander water to the boiled chicken.
Step 12

After waiting for some time and stirring and cooking, when the water of the roast dries up, it should be mixed with the roast by stirring it well with the previously fried beresta.
