So now the natural color is prepared from pandan leaves, if the green color is not bright enough add a little green color which was prepared in the beginning, it doesn't need much, because we use the aroma of pandan leaves to make klapon from natural color. Pandan leaves are also very good for flavoring Klepon.

Then, knead the dough until it is really soft so that it can be easily shaped into a round shape. Don't forget to wash your hands before mixing the dough, because mixing the dough by hand is easy, if you don't want to use your bare hands, you can use plastic gloves.

After stirring the mixture until smooth, prepare the brown sugar you made earlier. There are 2 choices of brown sugar, you can cut the brown sugar into small pieces or grind the brown sugar like I did. What is the difference between the two options? What is actually recommended is to cut it into small squares, because if you boil it, the brown sugar will melt into the clay, I don't really like melted brown sugar, so I like to mash the brown sugar so it doesn't burn too much. has melted

Now make a circle out of the dough you have kneaded to the size as shown in the picture above, then make a hole in the middle to put the brown sugar, if you put brown sugar in the middle of the dough, cover the hole again. With flour in your hands. Repeat as many times as you have made the dough.

When the dough is done, prepare a plate and sprinkle rice flour on the plate so that the round dough does not stick to the plate. Now let's go to the kitchen and boil all the rounded dough.

So, prepare semi-pure water from the place where you used to boil the klapon, how do you know that the klapon is cooked and can be removed? It is easy to find out if the valve can be lifted, you have to wait for the valve to float and at that time the valve can be lifted.

Now put all the steamed grated coconut on a plate, then put the boiled klapons in the grated coconut. Sprinkle all the grated coconut over the boiled klapon as in the above picture, so that nothing is left behind and you have to be careful, this is the last process and after it is done we will arrange all the klapon given the grated coconut.
