In fact, I have been watching this recipe from my mother since childhood. When the mango season comes, my mother cooks mangoes with small fish and eats them.
Especially small fish. But it still tastes good, it's a little sour. So I remember that recipe and cut mangoes and cooked small fish. I liked to eat a lot because I learned to cook small fish and mangoes from my mother. If you want, you can make it like this and eat it. Since small fish contain a lot of nutrients. Besides, Assam also has a lot of quality. Both together are a very tasty recipe. So let's share my recipe today.

Ingredients Small fish 300 grams Tomato 1 small size tomato 1 cup Onion diced 2 tsoon 4 quail to taste Raw chili paste 3 spoons Red chili powder 2 spoons Yellow powder 1 spoon Cumin powder 1 spoon Coriander powder 2 spoons oil as per quantity
Steps of cooking raw mango and small fish chachdri
Cooking process-1
First I selected and washed the fish. Then cut the mango and tomato. Turmeric, chilli, coriander powder and cumin powder and green chilli paste as required. I have prepared all the ingredients, now I will go to the cooking step.

Then I put a pot in the oven. Add enough oil to it and wait for it to get hot. When the oil is hot, add the chopped onions and other spices.

After stirring and frying the onions, I will add the green chillies and other dry spices. Boil well with water.

Now I will give chopped raw mango and tomato. It should be boiled first as small fishes will break if cooked earlier. When the tomatoes and raw mangoes are cooked, then I will add the small fish.

Now that all the ingredients have been added to the small fish then all the ingredients should be boiled well with a lid. Since the fish are small in size, they do not need to be boiled much. Besides, I boiled the other ingredients beforehand. After boiling for some time, when it is almost boiled, I will turn off the stove and lower it.

If you don't believe that the recipe is very interesting, you won't understand it without playing it. Maybe many people can make it and many people will not know my recipe today. From my childhood, I have seen my mother cooking the recipe of raw mango soup with small fish very interestingly. Small fish cakes made like this with light broth are great with raw mangoes.
