So after a few days I make my favorite recipes and share them with you and get encouraged by your nice comments. Everyone loves to eat their favorite food and some of them love to make their favorite food with their own hands. So I sometimes make my favorite dishes. So today I thought I'd share with you some of my favorite recipes that I posted earlier.

These are Chira's desserts. I like them a lot. Many people had stomach problems due to excessive heat during the month of Ramadan. So then I made this dessert with Chira to make a little cold dish for Iftari. I have used few types of fruits and used liquid milk to make this dessert with chira. All foods are very nutritious so this recipe is my favorite.

 

This is a competition we had a few days ago in this community to make a unique recipe with chicken. Then my contribution is Arabian Chicken Khebsa Recipe in Saudi Arabian Style. It took me a lot of work to make it. Arabians make khebsa like this and everyone eats sitting together so I served it like this. I got sixth place in that competition. I always love any recipe with chicken. My family was very interested as I made a new and unique recipe.

 

This is a quick bread recipe. I made this recipe to make a quick recipe after Eid as we all have guests in our house. It is very easy to prepare with few ingredients available at hand. My family loved this recipe. And this one I made a little differently because here I used eggs in the pan and then breaded on top. So it's very nice to eat, very fluffy and soft.

 

This is the recipe I made in the month of Ramzan. Onion is one of the foods in Ramadan iftar. Iftari ingredients are not complete without piyaju. And I don't like buying onions from the market every day. Healthy onions can be eaten at home. Everyone likes to eat peyajoo for afternoon snack.

These are the chicken roasts that are making my mouth water right now. It is very good to eat with chicken roast polao. We always prepare chicken roast for any guests. I love to cook roast chicken at home. I made this roast recipe a few days ago, so I am sharing it with you today.
