Ausente mucho tiempo/ away a long time

M

Resumen de Computación I

Hello my dear friends from Serey, I confess that I have been absent for 1 or 2 months where I have not published anything about my daily life.

If I'm honest, all this time I've been busy since I decided to rejoin the university and continue with my studies, at some point being able to finish the degree that I started years ago and that is to be a Public Accountant.

5 years ago I left my career paralyzed by events that were taking place in my life; like, for example, my mother's illness; She was diagnosed with breast cancer, which at that time was in grade 2. Everyone here in the house except her went out to work because the doctors prescribed that she had to go through the process of chemotherapy and radiotherapy. a lot of work to get them done at the hospital in charge, but to no avail, since the hospital almost never had the resources to do it.

She cried desperately when she went to the hospital and they returned her because they did not have the medicines that were needed for the Chemotherapy. Many patients today live in the same situation of not getting those resources.

We saw each other in need and when I say we saw each other, I mean my father, brother and I; After making the decision to give her this treatment in a Clinic, we were desperate because every day that the cancer in her progressed and at that time we did not mind spending money that we did not have, we would look for it even under stones, just by having the Hope it gets better.

In view of the crisis that Venezuela was going through since 2016, and at that time we were already in 2018 and the crisis in Venezuela was still not over, it was difficult for us to get money to pay for the Clinic, we received help from friends, family, we did grape harvests , but even so it was not enough since this type of treatment in a clinic is expensive, in addition to the strict diet and care that she needed, all these events drowned us.

And it was when in 2018 we made the decision to go to another country, to emigrate as many did that year and in previous years, we thought that being in another more stable country in terms of its economy, I could work and send remittances to pay for expenses. of my mother's illness.

I left the country in August 2018 for Peru, hoping to help with the expenses that were required; After approximately 2 months, she worsens, to the point that my cousins told me that I had to return it, I really couldn't believe it! I thought for a moment that they were exaggerating, until I talked to my dad and he told me that there was no hope for anything, that the doctor had informed him that the cancer had advanced to grade 4, metastasizing in the liver and lungs.

Clinically there was nothing to do, just enjoy the little time he had left to live. Listening to all this that my father told me and with tears in his eyes I immediately decided to return to Venezuela, I had only been in Peru for 2 months, but we never really counted on the fact that the cancer would progress so quickly and the truth is that the doctors said she had the most aggressive.

After only 2 months in Peru, I returned to Venezuela at the end of November, managing to be with her for a few days, since she died on December 2, 2018; having today 4 years of his sad departure, leaving us with great pain.

All these events and the birth of my son Ghael, who is currently 3 years old, made me move away from my studies, having to stop my career. Until 2 months ago I decided to rejoin again with the hope that this time I can make it.
