Today I am going to share with you a small blog about my studies, hope you like it.

Although this is talking about my education site i.e. different kind of education. I am studying 6th semester in ceramic department. Education is almost at the end now. That is, the final exam is going on towards the end of the sixth semester.

The subject I am going to discuss with you today is Dyer Kiln and Furnace.

All the kilns that were used in the ceramic industry in the early period are called periodic kilns. Ceramic products made by period kilns were expensive and time consuming and the quality of the products was not very good.

Therefore steps are being taken on how to make good quality kilns at Period Kiln's site.

Dragon Kiln was invented to increase the thermal capacity of the product to save time to increase the quality of the product. These dragon kilns are built like tunnels on the slopes of mountains in China, by starving the ground.

Dragon kilns burn more material than periodic kilns and have higher thermal efficiency. Later this Dragon Kiln was modified and divided into several chambers to build Aciding Kiln.

Such buys have four to twelve chamber firings. This saves time and quality of the product and at the same time the firing temperature is very good.
