It is the first step, the massive action, where your thoughts must constantly make you always expect more from you in every situation, that you don't need to remain in the rudiments but go past. It might be ideal to assume you remembered that all that would rely upon you to make your progress.

You must have a mentality of abundance, where you must eliminate from your mind that there are only a few who are lucky enough to be fortunate enough to be abundant. This belief limits you. Success is for those who are willing to achieve it, for those who act in the moment because you must exploit your potential to the fullest.

Personal growth out of the comfort zone

Being in a comfort zone is when you adapt to a lifestyle, which is a pilot, where when everything becomes routine, but you make your personal development no longer a growth. Still, you're stagnating in one place, so it is always important to change and transform, always aspiring to more, not just find success and stay until you are left automatically but go beyond.

How to be aware of your comfort zone

  • You see that your career is stagnant, that you are not moving forward.
  • You are unhappy, everything bothers you, and you feel frustrated.
  • You have a fear of change.
  • It's been a while since you've done anything new.
  • You are procrastinating.

So if you have any of the following, you are in a comfort zone that you need to change.

Take control of your time

It would help if you began to control your time. You should not only let yourself manage your time for the time of others, of your boss, but you should also take control of your habits and goals. For example, it would be best if you did not leave for later what is essential and personal, as these are important moments in your life, as you keep control of time, where you must have distributed in various activities in all areas such as personal, work, family and social.

When we see personal growth, we see it as challenging because everything about it falls, from changing habits to changing your goals, but for this to be done and transformed should only make your changes partially in one day. You must change your practices by performing small actions. For example, if we change our habits to get in shape and exercise, we must transform our life by changing small habits. Start walking for 5 minutes; even if it is 5 minutes that you start and increase is already giving a change in your life, you must go accumulating.
